Fees
Our services are generally charged by the time spent on your case. The hourly rate is determined by the experience of the lawyer handling your case, the complexity of the case, the delivery time and the result achieved.
The hourly rates charged by our firm are generally between CHF 350.00 and CHF 500.00 (excluding VAT). Fees will be discussed at the first meeting. In accordance with our professional obligations, you may be asked to pay a retainer at the beggining or during the course of our engagement.
If you are in financial difficulty, you may be entitled to legal aid under certain conditions. In this case, the state will advance your legal fees and attorney fees at an hourly rate of CHF 180 (excluding VAT).
