Fees
Our services are generally charged by the time spent on your case. The hourly rate is determined by the experience of the lawyer handling your case, the complexity of the case, the delivery time and the result achieved.
The hourly rates charged by our firm generally range from CHF 350 to CHF 600 (excluding VAT). The issue of fees is discussed during the initial consultation. In accordance with industry practice, we may request a retainer—that is, an advance on fees—at the beginning of and during the course of the engagement.
If you are in financial difficulty, you may be entitled to legal aid under certain conditions. In this case, the state will advance your legal fees and attorney fees at an hourly rate of CHF 180 (excluding VAT).
