Fees
Nos services sont généralement facturés selon le temps consacré au traitement de votre affaire. Le tarif horaire est fixé en fonction de l'expérience de l'avocate ou de l'avocat en charge de votre dossier, de sa complexité, des délais d'exécution et du résultat obtenu.
The hourly rates charged by our firm generally range from CHF 350 to CHF 600 (excluding VAT). The issue of fees is discussed during the initial consultation. In accordance with industry practice, we may request a retainer—that is, an advance on fees—at the beginning of and during the course of the engagement.
En cas de difficultés financières, vous pouvez, à certaines conditions, bénéficier de l'assistance judiciaire. Dans ce cas, l'Etat avance vos frais de justice ainsi que vos frais d'avocats à hauteur d'un tarif horaire de CHF 180.- (hors TVA).
